About

Anne Stackpole-Cuellar studied music in the San Francisco Bay Area, in France, and at the Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. She has performed in various chamber music groups in southern Oregon and in Boulder, and also played on many of the albums of composer and pianist Bill Douglas. She taught flute for over thirty years.

Anne independently recorded three albums:

  • Branching Out
  • Gifts and Celebrations

They are available on CD Baby.

She writes poetry and has had her work published in The Avocet, VoiceCatcher, and Voices from the Millpond. Her book Sculpting the Art in Music, evolved from notes she made during many years as musician and flute teacher.
